The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority seeks proposals for the marketing and delivery of training programs across New York State for practitioners focusing on end-use energy efficiency in the residential, multifamily and commercial/industrial sectors. Proposals must demonstrate the ability to implement comprehensive and dynamic training programs of the highest quality that capitalize on the existing workforce training infrastructure, target specific regions of the state, and address identified training needs and gaps.
Proposals are due by Sept. 10, 2013.
