The Wall Street Journal quotes unnamed sources that say Opower is nearing an initial public offering of its shares. The Nov. 6 Money Beat article says that the IPO, underwritten by Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, could come in the next few months. A spokeswoman for Opower, reached by the Wall Street Journal, declined to comment.
